Rezume is a fully digital service — no physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital-Only Service
Rezume provides exclusively digital services including resume analysis, AI-powered resume tailoring, and browser extension tools. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. This policy explains how and when digital access is granted after a successful payment.
2. Delivery of Digital Services
All paid plan features are activated and available immediately after a successful payment transaction.

Pro Plan — Digital Access
Instant activation of AI tailoring quota (20 resumes/week), priority processing, and all Pro features. Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Minimum: Instant · Maximum: 15 minutes

Elite Plan — Digital Access
Instant activation of AI tailoring quota (50 resumes/week) and all Elite features. The 1-on-1 resume review call is scheduled within 2 working days of purchase via email coordination.
Digital features: Instant · Review call booking: within 2 working days
3. Delivery Timeline Summary
- Minimum delivery time: Instant (upon payment confirmation)
- Maximum delivery time: 15 minutes for digital feature activation (in rare cases of payment gateway delays)
- Elite review call scheduling: Within 2 working days via email
If you do not receive access to paid features within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us immediately at support@rezume.work with your payment confirmation.
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- A payment confirmation from Razorpay (to your registered email address)
- Immediate unlocking of paid features in your Rezume account
- A welcome email from Rezume within 30 minutes confirming your plan details
5. Geographic Availability
Rezume's digital services are available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing the platform. Payments are accepted from users in India via Razorpay; international payment support may be added in future.
6. Service Interruptions
In the event of a planned or unplanned service interruption that prevents access to paid features, we will:
- Notify affected users via email within 2 hours
- Restore access as quickly as possible
- Extend affected subscriptions proportionally for outages exceeding 24 hours
